I'm Stephanie Weber.

I’m a writer with over a decade of comedy experience. I began my career performing standup and sketch comedy as well as producing live comedy shows in Chicago, such as Chicago Underground Comedy and Lincoln Lodge. My writing has been published in Bustle, Slate, Mental Floss, The A.V. Club, Atlas Obscura, Reductress, Mr. Skin, and more. I have an MFA from SCAD in Dramatic Writing. I write both TV comedy and feature screenplays. My feature scripts Comediettes, Poor Polidori, and White Hot Latina have been finalists in multiple screenwriting competitions, including LaunchPad, Inspired Screenwriting, Your Screenplay Produced, Moonshot Initiative, Finish Line, Beverly Hills Film Festival, and CineQuest. My play Maria Garcia is Having Your Baby was the runner-up for the MetLife Latino Playwriting Award.  ​
